2. Purpose of processing

At Sintegia (operating through our Web, Consulting and ERP divisions) we process the information you provide lawfully and transparently for the following purposes:

  • To handle requests for information, questions and quotes received through our web forms.
  • To manage the commercial relationship and deliver the services contracted (development, maintenance, consulting and software integrations).
  • To securely process payments and invoicing for those services.
  • To comply with the legal, tax and accounting obligations in force in Spain.

3. Legal basis for processing

The legal bases that allow us to process your data are:

  • The express consent of the data subject, given by ticking the relevant acceptance boxes on our forms.
  • The performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken when requesting quotes or starting our services.
  • The legitimate interest and compliance with a legal obligation (tax and accounting).

4. Data retention

The personal data provided is kept for as long as the commercial or service relationship lasts, until you request its deletion, and for the period strictly necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations (generally 5 years under Spanish tax rules).


5. Recipients (disclosure to third parties)

At Sintegia we guarantee the privacy of your corporate and personal data. We will not sell or disclose your data to third parties outside our company, except where legally required.

That said, in order to operate and deliver our services, we share strictly necessary data with highly trusted suppliers acting as data processors under strict confidentiality agreements. These include:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers (e.g. Odoo S.A. servers).
  • Secure payment processing platforms (e.g. Stripe).
  • External tax and accounting advisers.

6. Exercising your rights

Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Sintegia is processing personal data concerning them. As the data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: To know what data of yours is held in our systems.
  • Right to rectification: To request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): To request deletion of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary.
  • Right to object and to restrict processing: To object to a specific processing activity or ask us to restrict the use of your data.
  • Right to data portability: To receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise any of these rights, send an email to info@sintegia.com with "Data Protection" in the subject line, attaching proof of identity (a copy of your ID document or equivalent).

We apply advanced technical and organizational security measures to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality and availability of personal and corporate information, preventing its loss, alteration or unauthorized access, in line with our own cybersecurity and maintenance standards.

In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, ambiguity or inconsistency between the English version and the original Spanish version, the Spanish version shall prevail and be legally binding under Spanish jurisdiction.
